Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Director to lead its radiology practice and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians for strategic growth
• Oversee scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and quality program implementation
• Maintain client relationships, support team environment, and manage budgets and internal meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred
• Experience in accounting, finance, and Excel modeling
• Proven track record of collaboration with physicians and customer relationship management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
