Texas Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To expand access to primary care, a full-time Texas Licensed Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive remote clinical care, including preventive services, sick visits, and chronic condition management, while managing a dedicated panel of patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists or acute care services as needed
• Support population health initiatives and improve patient understanding of treatment plans post-discharge

Required qualifications

• Active Texas medical license with IMLC compact licensure
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, including 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Strong interest in developing longitudinal relationships with patients and managing chronic care conditions
