Job Summary

To expand access to primary care, the full-time Texas Licensed Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive remote clinical care, including preventive services, sick visits, and chronic condition management, while managing a dedicated panel of patients.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
  • Manage patient referrals to specialists or acute care services as clinically indicated
  • Engage in population health initiatives and support patients post-discharge to improve treatment understanding and reduce readmissions
Required qualifications
  • Board-Certified in Family Medicine
  • Active Texas medical license with IMLC compact licensure
  • 3+ years of post-residency work experience
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an in-person primary care setting
  • Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR required
