Job Summary
To expand access to primary care, the full-time Texas Licensed Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive remote clinical care, including preventive services, sick visits, and chronic condition management, while managing a dedicated panel of patients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
- Manage patient referrals to specialists or acute care services as clinically indicated
- Engage in population health initiatives and support patients post-discharge to improve treatment understanding and reduce readmissions
Required qualifications
- Board-Certified in Family Medicine
- Active Texas medical license with IMLC compact licensure
- 3+ years of post-residency work experience
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an in-person primary care setting
- Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR required
