Job Summary

Texas Licensed Principal Consultant is a full-time position focused on leading ERP implementations and providing solutions as a Solutions Architect and Program Manager for a mid-sized Microsoft Partner, with remote flexibility and competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions for clients
• Manage and mentor functional and technical teams to ensure optimal customer delivery and support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and third-party add-ons
• Team leadership experience, including conducting employee performance reviews
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800) are a plus
