Texas Licensed Principal EHR Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex design decisions, the full-time Texas Licensed Principal EHR Analyst will serve as the primary application support contact for the Clinical Access Revenue System Department, optimizing Epic Cadence functionality to enhance patient access and revenue workflows while working remotely within Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and Epic build standards, ensuring compliance with institutional policies
• Implement and manage complex system changes and projects, providing mentorship and technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
• Provide customer support and problem resolution, translating clinical communication into technical solutions as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 7 years of relevant healthcare information technology experience
• EPIC Certification required within 180 days of hire
• Cadence certification preferred, along with experience leading EHR initiatives/projects
• Ability to substitute up to two years of clinical or relevant business experience for healthcare IT experience
