Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Pharmacist for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prior authorization requests and make clinical determinations based on established criteria
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to clarify information and ensure timely approvals or denials
• Provide support via inbound calls from physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License (in any U.S. state) and in good standing
• Prior authorization experience in a PBM or Managed Care setting
• Experience making clinical coverage determinations
