Key Responsibilities

Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure
Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests
Ensure accurate setup of cases, review clinical information, and perform outreach to providers as needed

Required Qualifications

PBM - Prior Authorization experience required
Call Center or high volume calls experience required
Bachelor's Degree required, Pharm D
Active Pharmacist license with no restrictions in the state of residence required
