Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Pharmacist - WFH Licensed RPH.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and interprets prior authorization requests, making coverage determinations
• Coordinates timely communication of case decisions to relevant healthcare professionals
• Maintains communication among health plan and employer group staff

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacist license from any state in the US, matching the candidate's location
• Experience in a PBM or managed care environment is required
• Prior authorization experience is highly preferred
• Experience in retail/dispensing pharmacy settings is not accepted
