Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Benefit Lead (IFP and Employer).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and benefit design for IFP and employer-sponsored health plans
• Own plan design decisions to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational models
• Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams and coordinate with external vendors on product strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in health plan product development or benefit design within IFP or managed care environments
• Strong understanding of health insurance plan structures and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
• Excellent relationship management skills to bridge strategic intent with operational execution
