Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, product operations, or strategy roles, with 6+ years in a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep domain expertise in B2B SaaS product operations, particularly in adtech or martech
• Experience in implementing process transformations in high-growth environments with 300+ employees
• Hands-on proficiency with modern product tools and AI/automation platforms
• Proven track record of establishing metrics-driven cultures and designing operational reporting frameworks
