Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and resolve technical support tickets related to the Texas Student Data System (TSDS)
  • Design, execute, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for TSDS functionality and usability
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for end users
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) or similar data systems
  • Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
