Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and resolve technical support tickets related to the Texas Student Data System (TSDS)
- Design, execute, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for TSDS functionality and usability
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for end users
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Knowledge of the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) or similar data systems
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
