Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Product Support Manager, the full-time remote position will manage operational excellence and support for the Cash Vault Services product line, providing guidance on processes, leading training initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on operational processes and procedures for the CVS product line, acting as a consultant for operational support issues
  • Develop and deliver operational training and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and effectiveness across teams
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and manage projects to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in operations or product support environments
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
