Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time or part-time Texas Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) will provide individual and family counseling, offer clinical supervision to LPC-Associates, and develop treatment plans in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs
- Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Required qualifications:
- Valid, active LPC-S license in the state of Texas
- Experience providing clinical supervision to LPC-Associate or LPC candidates
- Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standards
- Commitment to professional development and ethical practice
