Texas Licensed Program Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through an alternative teaching certification program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and mentorship to applicants and interns in the certification program
• Gain expertise in certification/licensure programs and assist candidates in strategizing their progress
• Manage communications, including calls and emails, and support state operations with relationship building and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
• 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
