Texas Licensed Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives related to stroke
• Guide teams through measure adoption, data interpretation, and process redesign to sustain performance improvement
• Collaborate with external societies and leaders for strategic alignment and program development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows, particularly for stroke systems of care
• Experience in designing and implementing quality improvement registries
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
