Texas Licensed Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives, focusing on the GWTG-Stroke registry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage workgroups of volunteer experts to drive performance improvement
• Develop educational materials and support certification teams in maintaining Association certifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care, clinical quality improvement, or hospital operations
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows, particularly in stroke care
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
