Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of inpatient quality improvement initiatives related to stroke
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage volunteer subject-matter expert workgroups
• Design and implement recognition and award programs for inpatient-based quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement
• Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, or registry operations
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
