Texas Licensed Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives related to the GWTG-Stroke program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage workgroups of volunteer experts to enhance clinical guidelines and process improvements
• Develop educational materials and support certification teams in maintaining Association certifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement
• Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, or registry operations
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
