Job Summary

To manage internal business projects and programs, the full-time Texas Licensed Program Director will oversee cross-functional teams, direct project schedules and budgets, and ensure successful delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources, providing oversight as needed
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, leading programs to address critical needs and escalating compliance gaps to senior management
  • Develop business case methodologies and coordinate the implementation of business strategies in collaboration with other corporate units
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in project and program management
  • Strong management and leadership skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies
  • Preferred certification: CPHQ
