Texas Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (I) to assist with the expansion and daily operations of their vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle registrations, titles, tags, and insurance renewals while ensuring compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle specifications, mileage, and service history using fleet management tools
• Process accident reports, coordinate acquisitions/disposals, and liaise with insurance providers

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or fleet administration
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
