Job Summary
To support customer onboarding and deployment of new product offerings, the full-time Texas Licensed Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day onboarding tasks, coordinate application approvals, and provide training materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to deliver a cohesive customer onboarding experience
- Manage onboarding tasks for traditional CiT services and new product offerings
- Serve as customer support during the initial go-live period
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project management or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
