Texas Licensed Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support customer onboarding and deployment of new product offerings, the full-time Texas Licensed Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day onboarding tasks, coordinate application approvals, and provide training materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to deliver a cohesive customer onboarding experience
• Manage onboarding tasks for traditional CiT services and new product offerings
• Serve as customer support during the initial go-live period

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project management or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
