Texas Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SW Development Project Manager (Project Manager 3).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile software development and infrastructure projects supporting critical education initiatives
• Oversee multiple project phases through the SDLC, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Champion process consistency, deliverable quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and team efficiency while shaping project vision and strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing software application teams using SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum
• Preferred: 3+ years working with Power BI and Data Lake
• Proven leadership in Agile project management, with skills in stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget planning
• Scrum Master and/or PMI Certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of school finance or state tax laws is a plus
