Texas Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Retail Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for retail construction projects from planning to closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of construction experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
