Job Summary

Leading high-impact enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Project Manager will focus on a large-scale telephony implementation while maturing PMO processes across infrastructure, clinical, and corporate portfolios, working remotely with technical teams, vendors, and executives to ensure successful delivery and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise technology projects across infrastructure, clinical applications, and corporate portfolios
  • Drive delivery of a large-scale telephony implementation, ensuring successful execution and organizational readiness
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource coordination, risks, and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years managing enterprise infrastructure projects, including telephony implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience leading organizational change management and readiness initiatives
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or JIRA
