Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Project Manager will oversee end-to-end business process activities, lead collaborative groups in documenting and analyzing processes, and manage operational aspects of assigned projects in San Antonio, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve business process activities across the organization
• Lead functional teams to document, analyze, and enhance business processes, identifying areas for performance improvement
• Manage project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle project management experience, including healthcare operations
• Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps
• Advanced proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong analytical and statistical skills for data evaluation
• Ability to consult and interact with all levels of leadership
