Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Project Manager will oversee end-to-end business process activities, lead collaborative groups in documenting and analyzing processes, and manage operational aspects of assigned projects in San Antonio, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously improve business process activities across the organization
- Lead functional teams to document, analyze, and enhance business processes, identifying areas for performance improvement
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality deliverables
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full life cycle project management experience, including healthcare operations
- Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps
- Advanced proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for data evaluation
- Ability to consult and interact with all levels of leadership
