Job Summary
Managing ground-up construction projects, the full-time Texas Licensed Project Manager will oversee all phases from initiation to completion, working remotely and collaborating directly with clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases
- Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures in collaboration with clients
- Direct project delivery teams, tracking progress and implementing risk mitigation strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
- Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
- Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
