Job Summary
To support financial services programs, the full-time Texas Licensed Project Manager will oversee project execution, compliance initiatives, and quality assurance while working remotely and interfacing with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives across service areas
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
- Monitor project performance and manage resources to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Compliance Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and governance frameworks
- Proven project and change management experience, including stakeholder engagement
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
