Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements and accounting reports
• Review budgets, expenses, and accounting documents to resolve discrepancies
• Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate accounting control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Experience demonstrating the application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with effective time management skills
