Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and prepare journal entries for the general ledger
• Review budgets, invoices, and accounting documents to resolve discrepancies
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Knowledge of financial reporting and budget development
• Familiarity with property acquisitions and financial transactions
• Experience in liaising with auditors and managing accounting processes
• Relevant degree in accounting or finance preferred
