Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Adjuster to provide property claims service remotely or from the San Antonio office.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjusts moderately to highly complex property claims, including structure damage and personal property claims
• Handles customer escalations, DOI complaints, and claims involving public adjusters or attorneys
• Supports workload surges and catastrophe operations, contributing to business goals and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current TX adjuster license or ability to obtain one
• 2 years of property claims adjusting experience, including dwelling claims
• Advanced knowledge of property construction
• Computer literate in a Windows operating environment
