Job Summary

Providing property claims service remotely, the full-time Texas Licensed Property Adjuster will review, evaluate, and adjust moderately complex to complex property claims while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Adjusts or audits moderately to highly complex property claims, including structure damage and personal property claims
• Handles customer escalations, DOI complaints, and claims involving public adjusters or attorneys
• Applies advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and collaborates with internal resources to facilitate claims resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current TX adjuster license or ability to obtain one
• 2 years of property claims adjusting experience, including dwelling claims
• Advanced property construction knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate in a Windows environment
