Job Summary
Providing property claims service remotely, the full-time Texas Licensed Property Adjuster will review, evaluate, and adjust moderately complex to complex property claims while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines and state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Adjusts or audits moderately to highly complex property claims, including structure damage and personal property claims
- Handles customer escalations, DOI complaints, and claims involving public adjusters or attorneys
- Applies advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and collaborates with internal resources to facilitate claims resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current TX adjuster license or ability to obtain one
- 2 years of property claims adjusting experience, including dwelling claims
- Advanced property construction knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate in a Windows environment
