Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Texas Licensed Property & Casualty Producer will manage the insurance sales process, conduct consultative conversations with real estate investors, and provide tailored coverage solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full insurance sales process from initial client engagement through policy binding and ongoing support
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess clients' coverage needs and identify potential gaps in existing policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and knowledgeable guidance

Required qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing
• 1-2 years of experience selling Property & Casualty insurance, preferably with a focus on property-related coverage
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage terms, and risk assessment
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally
• Must be U.S.-based and available during standard U.S. business hours
