Texas Licensed Property & Casualty Producer

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Texas Licensed Property & Casualty Producer will provide consultative insurance solutions remotely, focusing on assessing coverage needs and recommending policies for real estate investors.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full insurance sales process from client engagement to policy binding and ongoing support
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand clients' investment strategies and coverage needs
• Review existing policies to identify gaps and provide informed recommendations for insurance options

Required qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing
• 1-2 years of experience selling Property & Casualty insurance, preferably with a focus on property-related coverage
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage terms, and risk assessment
• Ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients
• Must be U.S.-based and available during standard U.S. business hours
