Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager (Remote - Houston).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned properties to maximize asset value and NOI
• Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property maintenance
• Build relationships to retain current business and pursue additional clients and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• College graduate preferred
• TX Real Estate License required within 90 days
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in Retail
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and general computer skills
