Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day recruitment and HR operations, the remote full-time Provider Recruitment Associate will lead full cycle recruitment for maternal health providers, develop sustainable talent pipelines, and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full cycle recruitment for maternal health and lactation consultant certified providers, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain sustainable talent pipelines through outreach to educational programs and professional associations
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling while ensuring compliance with EEO and Workforce Commission standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, with a preference for women's maternal health
• Experience in venture-backed health technology start-ups
• High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously
