Texas Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and evaluate treatment plans
• Conduct individual psychotherapy and prescribe psychotropic medications while educating patients on risks and benefits
• Document patient histories, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and national standards

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP)
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health
• Comfortable working with patients across the lifespan (ages 13+)
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and experience with EHRs
