Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time or full-time Texas Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions, promote compassionate care, and develop tailored treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, performing comprehensive psychiatric assessments
- Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and empathy in patient interactions
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other mental health professionals
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Texas
- Active, unrestricted DEA license in Texas
- Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC)
- At least 1 year of professional experience practicing as a PMHNP
- Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth
