Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy remotely while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose psychiatric disorders and conduct individual psychotherapy for patients across the lifespan
• Prescribe medications and monitor patients' medication usage and side effects
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and comply with HIPAA and national standards of care

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP)
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health
• Ability to work with patients aged 13 years and older
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
