Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual assessments, prescribe and monitor medications, and collaborate with a team of therapists while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychiatric assessments and evaluations to develop medication management plans
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with licensed therapists to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health
- Current state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and national certification
- Minimum of 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health
- Experience with telehealth platforms for virtual consultations
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
