Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatrist - Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-call weekend coverage for inpatient units and conduct psychiatric assessments
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain medical records, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide immediate psychiatric care in crisis situations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed psychiatrist in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience, with trauma experience required
• Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry (within 1 year of residency completion)
• Valid and unrestricted DEA in Texas
• Proficient in using Telemedicine technologies for remote patient treatment
