Texas Licensed Psychiatrist
Job Summary
To support women's mental health, the PRN remote contract Texas Licensed Psychiatrist/Collaborative Physician will collaborate with nurse practitioners, conduct patient chart reviews, and provide virtual consultations, committing approximately 1-2 hours per month.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight and collaboration with nurse practitioners to ensure high-quality patient care
- Conduct regular reviews of patient charts in accordance with state requirements
- Engage in virtual consultations and collaborate with the clinical team to enhance strategies and workflows
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Psychiatrist, licensed in Texas (IMLC preferred)
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum of 1 year of collaborative psychiatric clinical experience
- Experience in telehealth and familiarity with medical evaluation and medication management
- Knowledge of clinical guidelines and best practices related to women's mental health
