Texas Licensed QA Test Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Test Manager to lead advanced testing and analysis efforts across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for internal and external clients
- Define and oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, including scope, resource alignment, and SME coordination
- Lead defect triage sessions, manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience creating and executing detailed system and performance test plans across complex IT projects
- Proven experience with performance testing and monitoring using tools such as JMeter and JProfiler
- Hands-on expertise with test automation tools like JUnit, Selenium, and Microfocus UFT
- Solid background in unit testing frameworks and continuous integration environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional testing teams, including scheduling, mentoring, and performance oversight
