Texas Licensed Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, a Texas Licensed Quality Analyst will conduct audits, coach teammates for performance improvement, and report on metrics to enhance overall quality in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit calls, interactions, and transactions for aligned teammates
• Coach teammates and provide performance reports on a regular basis
• Identify, escalate, and report quality issues while suggesting process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of any course preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a quality analyst
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in the healthcare field
• Able to work from home with a stable internet connection
