Texas Licensed Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence Quality Control III (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to analysts
• Ensure regulatory compliance and identify trends of errors for escalation to management
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and coaching to staff on loan review processes

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
• Experience with condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
• Ability to produce underwriting reports and analyze results
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in second level reviews and performance management required
