Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Management Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Design and test interventions aimed at improving member health outcomes
• Analyze and interpret data to assess project effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas
• 3+ years in health plan quality improvement
• 2+ years developing and implementing PIPs
• 2+ years of experience with PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) cycles
• Solid data analysis skills with experience preparing summary reports
