Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and nurture new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
• Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Houston market
• Organize property tours, open houses, and listing presentations for clients

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or actively working toward one) is strongly preferred
• Full-time agent (or actively working toward being one)
• Ability to make 60+ calls per month and set 8+ appointments
• Willingness to leverage team support for client conversions
