A company is looking for a Real Estate Attorney (Commercial).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial real estate leases, letters of intent, and construction agreements
• Provide legal support for various business operations within the family office
• Manage a flexible workload of 10-20 hours per week remotely

Required Qualifications

• Must be barred in Texas
• Experience in commercial real estate law
• Ability to work between 8am-6pm CT
• Availability for ongoing and long-term projects
• Relevant experience in negotiating and drafting legal documents
