Key Responsibilities

• Execute a modern, tech-forward inbound strategy to identify potential leaders and teams
• Lead high-level consultative appointments with top producers to analyze their business models
• Help teams understand the benefits of a new ownership model within the Real Brokerage ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior-level growth operator, preferably as a former Team Leader or Director of Growth in real estate
• Ability to read and analyze P&L statements and understand financial pain points in real estate
• Fluency in modern technology, including AI tools, CRMs, and automated workflows
• Comfortable with peer-to-peer consultations without using high-pressure sales tactics
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills for growth initiatives
