Texas Licensed Real Estate Director

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Real Estate Director, the full-time remote position will manage commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects, including analyzing highest and best use scenarios and estimating cash flows, while also coaching junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete entire reports to a client-ready standard
• Originate select work and partner with leadership to identify targets
• Inspect assignments and assist team members on inspections

Required qualifications:

• State certified general appraiser license with a minimum of 1 year holding the CG license
• Mastery of complex concepts and assignments within the chosen sector
• Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management/account management
• Participation in JLLU for career path alignment and skill development
• Master Argus competency for national institutional team members
