Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President - Real Estate Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and directs all mortgage lending activities while ensuring compliance with lending policies and achieving production objectives
• Collaborates with executive leadership to define the mortgage lending operations model and implements governance oversight
• Establishes and manages annual budgets, monitors market conditions, and advises on strategic initiatives for business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of operations management experience, or 10+ years in mortgage operations management
• Previous financial services experience with mortgage and home equity compliance
• Must be bondable and registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with intermediate skills in Excel and Word
• Experience in portfolio real estate lending and process improvement techniques
